World Buff Quest.

I have been sitting in stormwind for like 1/4 my life waiting for dragon slayer buff on onyxia.
This is a formal request for you guys to make that quest and the one for stranglethorn repeatable.
Just a suggestion but with the lower player count it might be more viable.
