LF guild that is beginner friendly

I have a few characters but I still haven't got into raiding. I am looking for a guild that can show me the ropes and help me out in the gearing up department. It would be nice to have a group to play with so I don't have to suffer in the perpetual LFG hell. So far my two most advanced characters are my Fury warr (Flif) with 4k GS and my fire TTW mage (Ikoma, capital i) with 3.3k GS. Any info is greatly appreciated be it tips on the game or guilds.

hi all, it will make it easier if you mentioned what time you guys usually play e.g. 6pm ST.. if you do not know what is the server time. check the main warmane webpage, just above the individual server player count, there is a "clock".

I'm looking for the same, preferably in the alliance side. I can play anytime, but my time zone is EST (NA East). If you guys know of some guild, would be nice :)
