Technical Error #134 turned into more issues

Hello all, I just finished downloading the 3.3.5a client and when i launched into the world i was hit with Error #134 couldnt find nightelf buildings. I did some searching and tried clearing my cache and WTF folders, made sure file wasnt on read only, things that seemed like consistent solutions for these errors. Now that ive cleared the cache and WTF folders, i cant put the game into windowed or it goes black, cant move it to another screen either.

Can i get some help with the errors and graphic issues from someone who might have a clue whats going on?
