Technical Latency issues

For the past 3 weeks I have been experiencing latency issues at a specific time (around 1:00ST to 4:00ST) which is the time I usually raid with my guild.
latency starts at about 400ms and goes up to about 6000ms, which makes it unplayable
I think it's not a problem with my connection because at that time I can play other online games without any problem so i only lag in warmane.
I've seen a few posts with similar problems but none of them have an answer or solution. I would appreciate having a solution or at least an explanation as to why this happens.

I'm experiencing the same issue, since 2 days ago (Tuesday 09 July), I havent been able to play properly and just keep logging in every new day to see if it is working normaly again...

I'm having this issue too for over 6 month playing of wow!! no one have a good answer!
