WotLK Missing items.

Hello.
Recently i purchase items with points for selected character

Purchased item Show of Faith for 18.0 points
Purchased item Flare of the Heavens for 18.0 points
Purchased item Grasps of Reason for 17.0 points

only what i get is Show of Faith
I dont have items and i dodnt have points i spend in store

WHAT TO DO.

There's no support for point shop items. You paid, but you were given the points for free.

It doesn't work like that Ohie. We don't offer support with points when player delete their items, or regret purchasing. If the error was due to missing delivery, we fix it!

Please contact support through email [email protected] (or web ticket if you are a contributor) and we will check the issue and replace the items.
State the account name and character name in the email or ticket (not here).
