Technical Cannot re learn elemental leatherworking

Hello, a while ago i dropped leatherworking (my specialization was elemental) to learn alchemy, but after w hile i decided that lw would have been better for me in tbc, so i dropped alchemy and proceeded to skill lw again.
Now i got to 300 skill and i went to the elemental trainer in arathi higlands to gain my specialization, but i was unable to see any quest from the npc.
Out of curiosity i went to check also the other specializations npc, none of wich could give me a quest.
Now i'm stuck with leatherworking at 300, but i cannot lerarn any specialization, please i would like to learn elemental lw again.

Problem solved, you just go to Tanaris, in a hut and click on a book. thanks anyways.
