Technical No help for Stolen account???

Why is it that a GM asks me if I tried selling my original warmane account when I asked for help with retrieving it? He tried saying that I swapped emails and basically sold it but I've got proof to show otherwise. My PC was compromised so badly that I couldn't even move my mouse cursor. I have legible and irrefutable proof that shows most of my log in accounts on my pc, banks, gaming profiles, gmails, where ALL COMPROMISED that very same day. I left my Firewall down in-order to be able to use Droidcam. An app/pc program that allows you to use your phone as a webcam via PC. I live stream and when I did that, Forgot to put my firewall back up. I uninstalled AVG not to long before that and managed to forget to install Norton 360 right after... So basically I f**ked myself, most of my accounts, including emails and my other Warmane account and my PC. Whoever managed to load my PC up with a virus and/or hacked it, managed to create a mobile banking account using my information that same day and attempted to have a credit card issued under my identity. The GM who was initially the one handling my original ticket apparently believed that it was I who tried changing emails, based on the IP address. So that alone was the sole basis of his assumption. First off, I did try to change my email to secure my other account. But almost all of my email accounts, most of my mobile banking, gaming, streaming, website domain recently purchased via google where all compromised. Somehow I managed to keep this account from being compromised and that's only because this Gmails Login information hadn't been saved to my google passwords. I realized that immediately when attempting to change the email, while also realizing that I couldn't create a new gmail to change it anyways because whoever was f**king me would have had access to it anyways. Att first I thought that I entered my email address incorrectly but then realized that whoever was compromising my PC had literal real time access to it, Almost like remote access but to be honest I'm pretty certain did. Anyways, I shut down that email that was recently attached to my other warmane account but because the GM from the prior ticket felt that I sold my account... Then because I didn't respond within a 50 hour window, Mind you I work 10-12 hour shifts in the California heat in San Bernadino county "Mohave desert" Where the heat has been ranging from 90-105 and I'm given zero ****ing breaks working as a pipefitter/ construction laborer and only gets a ****ing break towards my 8-9 hours in or for the brief moment of taking a **** in the porto-potty... Am extremely overly tired and worn out that I forgot to take the time out of my unbusy work day to check and respond to a ticket within a timely fasion. Pardon me for working life threatening, literally, an slave labor hours and wages in the hot an dry a** sh*t desert because I work stupid hours, no breaks, has a lunch break of 5 mins which consists of finding a reason to walk to the work truck for a water or tool in order to get to my lunch before heading right back, while attempting to smash down my lunch before hopping back into a 6-7 ft deep, 400ft long, 2-3ft wide death trap of a trench so I can eat and stop shaking. While making a ****ty 19 an hour wage to wake up every day at 4 am to wait to carpool at 6 because my ride is either at 4 am or im walking 8 miles. to potentially, and nearly die under over 8000 LBS of weight from a cave in. Yeah man, I apologize for not responding in a timley fasion because I forget about a ticket I opened because I'm so overly exhausted. Hey and guess what, All of it to still be poor, OH AND GUESS what. I began live streaming Warmane about 4-6 montths ago on twitch, basing my platforms, website domain, and brand, around Warmane and my druid Oldtimer. Purchasing a domain name oldtimergaming.com that I've been using to promote my platforms, streams, and guess what Warmane. Across every major social and streaming platform and now on Google Adsense ads and YouTube video ad that I literally have open as I'm typing this. My bill will be around $300 usd soon but am using my ad space to advertise my streaming and the main games that I stream... Warmane and League of Legends. So essentially, Warmanes getting free advertisement and promotions via SEO optimization and in a few hours, YouTube vid ads that I'm literally working on and can prove via stream if needed. So explain to me why somebody who's ****ing broke and attempting to sell his own adspace for gamers/streamers for a low *** price and monetizing google ads, would spend what little money he has, while promoting a private server when he supposedly sold his first and most important account? That was made in 2017? That had hundreds donated via that account to just sell to some random *** person whom I don't know and apparently trust enough to apparently sell the account I spent so much money to stream with when I have experience selling LoL accounts back in the day via EpicNPC.com because that website is the safest and only viable method for selling gaming accounts. Why would I risk losing it to some scammer when I can use a third party to safely handle a transaction like that? Spend hundreds on accounts and new ad space to turn around and give it away to some random *** person with the very likely and most definitely possibility of being scammed? I'm 35 yrs old and was born in raised in California, in one of the most dangerous counties in the US and biggest in the US that has a gangbanger hustlin dope and stolen **** on every corner. Yeah... I know html coding and taught myself at 12 but I'm stupid enough to trust some person I don't know. So basically, I didn't respond to the GM. My account was left to the wolves and compromised by a GM that could clearly see that it was in posession of someone who shouldn't have access to it, regardless if sold, stolen,it should have been locked at the very least. Guess what, opened another ticket over 24 hours ago, Not one GM took a peak and if they did, Didn't care. So I show dedication and provide expensive Advertisements for this server and promote tf out of Warmane while apparently selling the very accounts im trying to promote via expensive adspace... What about the firewall on your modem and/or router? Did you continue to ignore the periodic security warnings about your firewall? What about defender automatically enabling itself when there's no other AV installed? Why act like being told to open another ticket is some kind of punishment? It's hard to check a ticket with a 12 hour shift but apparently all that time you invest in gaming isn't? 90-105? It's 108 here and I'm not in California or a desert, although the last time I was in California I saw roofers working in 110+ without whining. Why talk about selling game accounts in an appeal to prove you didn't do exactly that here?

I mean sure, someone could have been waiting for a chance to attack your PC via your IP. Sure, lots of things are possible. It's also possible you're repeating history or simply have horrible security practices with a password that matches your domain.

Your computer being compromised isn't an us problem, though. If your accounts being compromised is a threat to the server, then that is cause for concern. You are responsible for your account and its security, not us.
