Forum Cant login to icecrown realm

I've been plaing for 6 or 8 hours, but all of the sudden the sv kicks me and cant get to log into the icecrown realm. It gets stuck in connected and I cant do anything else. Pls help.

The server just auto-kicks you when you rack up close to 6.9 hours of played time so you can go out and touch some grass.
