Hello,
Two days ago I bought a Skyforge Crossbow from the Points Shop (17 coins). The item that I got after opening the mailbox is called "Felglacier Bolter", which also costs 17 coins, but I did not want it and I did not buy it. In my "Recent history" tab you can clearly see that I bought the Skyforge Crossbow. Please help :(

Usually there is no support for vote points purchases though but if there has been a misstake from warmane in the items listed on store then maybe.
