Losing Gear enchants and gems in them

Hello as a title says i just find out my 2 toons lose all their enchants and gems, even stats on green items, like Agi, Stam, AP.
Can you advise me what is exactly wrong? Honestly it costs me a lot of golds and im not sure when it happens again.

This happened to all characters on the realm. Currently the realm is shut down, so Warmane stuff is propably resolving the issue.
