Technical Missing Characters and Name Change Issue

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek assistance regarding an issue with my World of Warcraft account.

Recently, I logged into my account after a few months of inactivity and noticed that some of my characters seem to be missing. Specifically, I cannot find my Paladin that I was leveling up and my Hunter character. Additionally, I observed that the name of my Night Elf Death Knight has changed to "c_586915," which was not something I expected or requested.

Could you please help me to investigate these issues? I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide in restoring my missing characters and resolving the name change issue.
