WotLK Can't collect points

Hello, I am unable to collect points at all. Every time I try I get the error saying I have no points to collect. How can I get points? My friend said it has to do with the autenticator but I have that enabled.

If im not wrong you need at least 1000 achiv points

My friend is playing along with me, we started at the same time, But he can collect items and I cannot

Only Icecrown/Lordaeron points count.
