WotLK how to set up my authorisation?

Well, when I launch my Wow.exe I have cinematic about Arthas and etc. I should adjust my setting again and again. How can i fix this?)

Remove the Read-only property on your wow folder. Right-click the folder, go Properties, clear Read-only checkbox, press OK. Done.
