Technical BUG LFD - "you need to obtain better gear"

I have been having an issue with the LFD, being unable to queue for heroics dungeons.
Before I was able to queue for them but now it just states "you need to obtain better gear" while my gear has only improved that day.

Gearscore is 3402 - iLvl 203.

I tried relogging, disabling addons, checked my gear several times over and swapped trinkets and rings to maybe see if that could be it.
Im at a complete loss here what to do.

First of all, don't look at gearscore at all! Gearscore has nothing to do with the RDF mechanism. RDF hc only checks your average ilvl. If you're actually 203ilvl, you should be able to queue for mostly anything except Halls of Reflection.

Now for the part I'm not entirely sure about - make sure you don't equip any heirlooms, they basically DO NOT HAVE ITEMLEVEL! Theirs is 1(one) and wearing them pulls your average ilvl down, some times a lot.

Click on specific dungeons and you will see how much ilevel you are missing for dungeons

Apart from that, and this is just a wild shot in the dark - remove your shirt and tabard and try again.
