WotLK Best Raid for a Mage?

Hello lads, I'm a mage with 5.4k GS, I've done Toc 25, VOA and ICC 24, I was wondering, what raid should I be focusing on if I wanna advance my Gear level, and what should I get with my EOF?

ICC10 and 25.

You should spend your EOF on set pieces (except for chest). Try and get into raids where you're the only one rolling for spyglass (icc10) so it's a guarantee.
