1. We need exact rules

    Hi. Sorry for my English. I know what is Off-Spec, but I dont understand what exactly this rule of server means:
    "In RDF needing on items for Off-Spec"
    Just for example:
    On another server, I played healer paladin, and my friend did same. In his opinion, main things for healer paladin are stamina and intelligence. In my opinion, stamina almost useless, and intelligence is ok but not very important, but main things are spellpower, manaregen and haste. This is just example, of course, I dont mean exactly paladin in my suggestion.
    How can we know who is right and who is wrong? Thats what we need exact rules for. Its impossible to follow rules if we dont have rules.

Because if it was WOTLK and not like , TBC , I'm having a very good laugh at your comment . Intellect IS the most important stat on hpala, with people even gemming just INT . Haste is completely useless on hpala, you take it as it comes, your main heal is already 1.5 sec cast with the cast speed proc from talents . MP5 is worthless, since int is so important on hpala , you scale multilicative mana values , not linear values .Spellpower is again, completely worthless. Hpala already overheals 3-4 millions in every boss fight , what's the point of spellpower, more overheal ? Spirit is worthless too, with the same reasons as MP5, but even a bit more useless, as you don't have any talents that increase the benefit of Spirit Crit is the second most important stat on Hpala ,as it's your secondary source of mana regen, with the talents that give mana back on critical strikes .

    This is good that I helped you laugh, but its sad that you didnt even understand what my suggestion was about. As I said, it was just example to show that different players can understand this differently, and thats why we need exact rules. Because players can "need" these items not because they are trying to do something bad, but because we dont have exact rules about it.

    P.S. If its so important for you (I dont know, why), we both thought crit is important. I didnt say this here because thats not what my suggestion was about, and this doesnt make sense in this context. But just because you dont understand something doesnt mean its wrong.
