Buy and transfer characters

Hello i want to buy characters on lordaeron or icecrown servers can somebody help me with ? Can i transfer when i buy a character to my account or how its goin thx.

You can buy a character through Trade (requires premium account). The bought character gets added to your account, sold character is removed from your account (and added to buyer's).

There's no transferring characters between Icecrown and Lordaeron. You can buy/sell characters on both realms.
Coins obtained through any means aren't bound to any certain realms, and can be used on any realm that offers coin services.
