WotLK Do I stick with Elemental till endgame or do I switch to Resto ASAP

Pretty much the title as it states, I am currently level 35 and I plan to get into raiding as soon as I hit 80 and get all of my pre-raid gear, I was mostly wondering if I should stick with doing Elemental as a leveling main-talent until I hit 80 or should I just switch to Resto entirely as soon as possible?

I'm open to any opinions or takes on the matter, I'm not really picky on any specific specialization for raids and I wouldn't mind going Resto as I don't mind doing heals. I just don't want to end up having a harder time leveling if I switch to Resto even though I'm very used to leveling healer specs to 80 before, just wondering.

Don't feel pigeonholed to play Resto just because it's what is most popular in raids. If Ele or Enhancement is more fun to you, play them. People are picky but they won't outright refuse you just because you're not playing a specific spec. Assa Rogues still get taken over Combat for instance.

Personally I find Elemental boring as all get-out, but Enhancement fun as hell. If you like Elemental, stick to it, just take Resto as an off-spec so you can play healer when raids need it.
