I have noticed significant balance issues that need addressing. For instance, in battlegrounds, the Alliance team mostly consists entirely of players from Icecrown, while the Horde team is made up of players from Blackrock. This creates an unfair advantage for the Horde, as they are fully geared. On the Alliance side, we often see players with much weaker gear, creating a disparity. I propose a change in mechanics to address this issue. For example, you could limit to 10 Blackrock players between the factions, such as assigning five to the Alliance and five to the Horde. Without adjustments like this, players may become discouraged and leave the game.
I really hope to see these changes implemented as soon as possible, as I know I am not the first person to raise this concern. I sincerely hope that you can gather the developers, discuss this issue, and start working on a solution, because this is pushing me away from the game and server. Even though I have invested my time, money, and effort into this, being an active player, I now feel frustrated. Please take action to address this situation.
Additionally, I don't find it acceptable when players leave the arena mid-match. While I know there’s a 15-minute cooldown for leaving, it doesn't stop them from repeating this behavior. They will continue doing it again and again. I believe extending the penalty time would be a better deterrent. Otherwise, players will keep quitting, leaving their team behind, and it just ruins the experience. I don't usually engage in this behavior myself, but I think it's not normal.
Also, I don’t wanna say exactly how much i have donated to this server, but I have invested over a four figures into this server, helping to pay staff salaries and keep the server running, because I genuinely love it here. However, that doesn’t feel like enough anymore.
While I understand that we receive points in return for donations, this doesn’t address the underlying issues. Doesn’t seem to be enough to fix the ongoing problems. The points are a nice gesture, but they don't solve the core gameplay concerns.

It doesn’t matter where the coins went. My concern is the in-game battleground balance. Even with full BiS gear, it’s useless if an entire team focuses on ganking me all at once.
That might be true for arenas, but in battlegrounds, the bigger issue is team imbalance.
Battlegrounds isn't that popular activity atm and if you truly want equal battlegrounds then I will upset you. It won't be. But most of the time alliance wins due to Horde being more focused on PvE progression. So if you seek battlemaster achievement, alliance is the direction you should go
World of Warcraft is generally a PvE game with PvP elements, and those PvP elements were underdeveloped, and that's the reason why PvP is mostly unfair because of imbalance.
How about what? Battlegroudns aren't popular. I get RDF popups more often than battlegrounds (even though battlegrounds are cross realm), so it's worse than unpopular.

With current situation I think it's impossible to balance gear and skill for everyone to have a fair match. If you want to win more than lose I suggest to join a PvP guild and do premades, otherwise it's 60/40 to alliance advantage.
