normal sacred shield being removed before arena game start
The normal sacred shield who have 30 seconde duration is removed before arena start, its kinda annoying for every ret paladin player, as the class is serioulsy bad already due to a lack of damage who have been reported several times in forum. So if we had our buff removed when the game start, its force us to dismount for rebuff it wich ruin every attempt to make a burst in early game.
Interesting case. I've been playing Holy Paladin in 2v2 not that long ago and had no issues with sacred shield.
However, what is the problem to apply it after games starts and then mount up? I don't see any disadvantage here.

Its because you use the improved version who have 60 seconds duration
It's worse when you are a priest and you apply PWS and it gets removed but you keep the Weakened Soul debuff.
Its annoying too but not worst cuz ret is a melee class who need to be positionned close to his target for hit, also our trinket procs after the realy first hits so if you are to far away from the target you want to push in in start its ruin ur burst. That why we need that 30 sec sacred shield not being removed before game start
Unless this is a bug, which then should be reported in the Bug Tracker, it's just part of what the game is like and something players have learned to deal with over the years. It "being annoying" doesn't fall in the realm of "a very good reason" to justify a custom tweak more than likely.
