Hey im fairly new to WoW and would like some suggestions

As the title says im kind off new to WoW (i have just played on another p.server where u can customzie ur build wildly)
As it seems im hooked into the Paladin Class. Wanna play him as DPS.
I mainly want to do Endgame PvE.
So can anyone suggest me what to spec into for leveling and what is best for Endgame DPS?
I would appreciate any guide or something :)

Here is a guide for level 80 (endgame dps).
Retribution works fine for leveling.
