how long does it take to get on your charakter the item you brought on store

hi can i ask i purchased weapon from warmane store. now its like hours and stil didnt got it, so how long it takes to get the item?

Can you check here https://www.warmane.com/account/history (MARKETPLACE tab) and make sure you sent it to the right character and realm?
