Technical Error selling items and gold for coin

I recently update account to premium and bought 10 coins. Later that day, I sold some items and 30000 golds in the market for coin. But I didn't receive anything. I don't receive the items and golds from the market which I sold for the coin.

Are you sure you actually sold the items? Maybe you misunderstand the purpose of the trade section - it's there to make trades, someone has to buy your gold or items for you to receive the coins.
