The loot is going to be distributed based on few (FACTORS):

-Attendance to the main raids

-Performance during the raid

-Class Priority

What we expect from our raiding members: ?
Players need to know their class, specs, stats, gear, best in slot in each tier;
Players need to grind their professions, reputations and dungeons for items;
Speaking and understanding English is a must, We need you to communicate properly;
The Guild Discord is the main way of communicating important guild information, changes to raid strategies and guild announcements are made there
