hey there, i keep on running into the game freezing up while trying to play. my internet speed is really high (both upload/download) so i'm not sure what's causing this issue. sometimes the app is unplayable. i notice that the latency is really bad but it doesn't make sense why because the internet seems to be working just fine.

any fixes?
