Technical GM Smyth banned me permanently after opening ban appeal for 2 months ban

Hi i wasnt playing the game for long time now, thats why im posting this just now and i wasnt interested in posting this because i stopped playing wow anyway, but now i would like to start playing again, what i would like now is to get some other GM, any other GM except this Smyth guy because i dont have any way of contacting anyone as my account is permanently closed by Smyth without any logical reason

EXPLANATION: first thing happened is that i recieved BAN ON 2 MONTHS in march this year, so 8 months ago, because of "illicit activity" like harrasment and such thing, so after that i opened ban appeal and i said that some scammers ingame and cheaters get away with few days or 1 month of ban, and i recieved 2 month ban just for the words which i think its unfair, and i asked if the ban can be shorter or possibly removed, after that, GM SMYTH have replied to me and said my ban will never be lifted now because i had few previous bans before, so he changed the 2 month ban to permanent ban, how is that even allowed? ( I also have spent 300 eur on coins like few days before the ban happened )

I need a help from any other GM to get my account checked and unbanned because its unfairly banned, my account is also 11 years old, if i had few bans on few days in a period of 11 years, how is that even reason to permanently close my account, no sense, its totally impossible to not have at least 1 ban during that long time, mistakes can happen.

Smyth isn't a GM, he's the one who deals with website support. And his decision is always final and irreversible.
