Realms balancing on battleground and arena

as we see there is alot of premades in battlegrounds on server ,and thats unfair for newbies who need those honor points for gearing ,is there any chance to make battlegrounds without those rich rich premades and make it more balanced in bgs and arenas? ,we are all not rich and thats not fair for people like me

What's not fair, that people have the same gear that you can obtain by playing the game, or that people want to play with their friends?
