I'm sad. 6 years ago I came to this server, and I heard a lot about one of the main advantages of this server - feedback from the Warmane administration, how they constantly listen to their community, thanks to which they and their server live.
Every day I see a lot of interesting topics on the forum, a lot of questions, a lot of requests.
About prices and economics, about the problem with primal air, about the store on the website, about changing the race/faction, about disabling some items in pvp, about recipes that don’t drop, about abuse of quests by Blackrock players, and of course the Onyxia merger with Blackrock, about hidden nerfs that players notice! Hidden updates that are not in Patch Notes and much more topics...
Why can't we get an answer to any of our questions? Why is there so much ignoring?
I'm tired. Why such disrespect for your players? These are the problems that really hinder your players and ruin their game.
Why is the best I can get is another “light trolling” response from the moderator?
And I'm actually very sad because this is my favorite server. All I can do is hope that the situation gets better in the future...

That is sad to read. I haven't played on this server for very long. I am kind of happy to hear there were better times in terms of communication and respect, but also sad I didn't get to witness it.
So far, at least the in game ticket responses I have had have always been respectful unlike some of the comments here.

I don't see how they are ignored when primal respawn timer was reduced, store services are there (some), there's a poll about the items, recipes "not dropping" is just player not changing patch notes, not sure about "abuse", the pvp is an ongoing process, there are no nerfs (jut fixes, or bugs), and with lots of changes it's possible to skip or forget something... The answers are all there if you look, they just weren't given to you directly.

Since we finally see some moderator answer a few questions, thank you.
Now to another question that goes around on the forums. What happened to the faction change / race change?
I'm pretty sure I saw that it would be available along with the Phase1 release?

Faction and Race Changes are website features. They depend on different things being adjusted by different people, not the developers who deal with in-game content, so there being bug fixes and tweaks doesn't mean those services are being "ignored."

Maybe if someone from warmane was better at talking to community, we wouldnt assume things.
