WotLK Lock into my Account no Characters anymore

the Title say all i think. After a 1 1/2 year break i lock today into my account but all characters are gone.

Can anyone help me ?

I dont have a login issue. All Character are gone, so..your link dont help.

- you played on Frostmourne and characters are deleted
- someone logged in your account and sold/deleted your characters
- your characters were low level and were deleted in inactivity cleanup
- you are looking for characters on the wrong realm

No, characters removed in clean ups are gone for good.
