If you tone down shadow quality, definitely. If you keep it ultra, you will have slowdowns sometimes.
Any toaster made in last 10 years can run wow on ultra. That rig would probably run at 200 fps everywhere except populated areas.
Well, maybe not at 200 though, i thought its another gpu.

"except populated areas" is a big except. Yes you can play on ultra while levelling up alone but if you get to 20 fps in a fight in alterac valley that's going to annoy you and hinder you a lot
