Isnt an a WOTLK title?

If not, how can i get thaT? Im exalted with "Argent Dawn"

They seemingly gave out titles for certain achievements in Vanilla. Like Salty for 1000 fish or Loremaster etc.

Not sure if they were awarded only during Vanilla? Also not sure if Argent Champion was for the argent dawn rep or for killing Kel Thuzad.

Havent checked if this is/was blizzlike, but i know some can be bugged. E.g.: Realm First Northrend Vanguard was bugged on a few Frostmourne Seasons, you would get it already after having only one reputation on exalted, tho it should be after all four are exalted.
