Please can you improve some stuffs in 3v3 Solo TBC ?

can you create a command for Que Solo 3v3? so I can join from the world, it´s kinda annoying when NPC are only in main city,or add NPC to shattrath at least.

please change time to enter to arena. its still 20sec until game start but im not able to join anymore.

please make possible to join 3v3 solo while im in combat/ dead / falling.
