I hope this message finds you well. Over the past few days, I’ve been trying to regain access to my old account. This account had a maxed-out mage Draenei character, and I believe it was created around the year 2020.

Unfortunately, I’ve been unable to locate any emails related to that account, except for those associated with this current account, which I created approximately a year ago. I suspect that my current account and the old one may have been connected or befriended, though I’m not entirely sure.

The email I believe I used when creating the old account is ********. However, I no longer seem to have any emails from your team linked to that address, which I find a bit unusual.
