Site no char after a bit of a break

I recently logged back into my profile and noticed my lvl 80 druid jimmyboombox is not in my account anymore? don't know what to do so i came here.

4. It's waiting for a rename due to inactivity.

Since it may have been deleted long time ago, character restoration is most likely not possible anymore.
