1. Keeping pets out while mounted + Chromatic mount

    I would like to suggest it would be super cool to have pets out all the time while mounted.
    The same way as keeping guardians out while you are mounted.
    The same way as it's in "Classic" wow now.
    Same way as it's in arena.

    Simply cool :)

    Also, any chance we could get this superb mount ? [Chromatic Mount].

    It's a normal mount but with slow fall and looks cool as it's a drake.

  2. Pretty sure that's not a "normal" mount, just a "test" mount

    It appears to have been added during classic too, not the classic from 20 years ago.

  4. well if you check other sites, it still shows so it's not limited to classic I think.

    + there is comments on wowhead from 2006

  5. The mount spell exists, but there is no item to learn it. Not that it couldn't be added, though.

  6. Lesson learned then. I'll take the wowhead "added in patch.." bit with a grain of salt in the future.

  7. What about having pets visible while mounted ? any thoughts ? I like it!

    When the numeric ID of an item, spell or npc is around 60000 or lower, you can be certain it existed in original wotlk. Stuff added in classic wrath has an ID of 200000 or much higher

    I'm aware of that but in this case I was on the page already and after a glance at the quick facts section I didn't look any further. I didn't realize it would be so wildly inaccurate.

    That is yet another annoying quirk of wowhead. If you are looking at the database of a classic expansion it shows all items/npcs/etc as added in that expansion; you have to click the "retail" button at the top bar to see the correct patch. That doesn't work here because it's a test spell, but for a regular item:

    https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=285...of-innervation -> Patch 2.5.1, wrong
    https://www.wowhead.com/item=28510/s...of-innervation -> Patch 2.1.0, correct

  11. so lets say, we would like a suggestion to have pets out to happen, what is the process then?

  12. You already made such suggestion. It's literally in the title of this thread.

  13. O hello Obnoxious.

    Yeah I'm asking what is the process. So.. I made a suggestion and what now ? I said what I had to say and thats it ? :D
    So far I only experienced bans trying to suggest so I hope this time I'm on the right path

  14. If you suggested something in this subforum and got a warning it's because your suggestion was on the list that is pinned to the top of the subforum or was complete nonsense.

    So, yes, you posted it, the staff saw it, and maybe they'll do it, maybe not.

    Warnings and Infractions happen when rules are broken, such as suggesting something explicitly listed to not suggest, in this section's case, while a ban requires going further than that. Say, reposting the same suggestion multiple times after a thread was closed or deleted, for example's sake.

    Your suggestion is made, now you wait. I don't personally see it happening, though. For starters, it's custom content without a very good reason backing it up. Past that, it's an incredible niche thing that I'd bet the majority of players never cared about. Going further, there could even be performance concerns when you consider all the extras that could be brought to crowded places, by chance or on purpose. Maybe a developer would still take interest in the idea and try to push for it to get done anyway, but that isn't something I would hold my breath over.
