If here's no Character Restoration after deleting a character, that would mean that service isn't offered.

Dunno why would you even delete character in the first place, or how you'd manage to delete wrong one. There's a reason why you get confirmation box, it's there so that you can check everything is as they should be.

All realms except for Blackrock-TBC have listed "Character Restoration" in services. Blackrock-TBC only has Character Unstuck.
