Technical I just ran /console cvar_default, what do I need to do to fix my game?

Hi, I just ran /console cvar_default like a dummy as I didn't know that it would reset absolutely everything. I managed to get everything the way I had it before, but:

* Are there any specific things I need to do? Are any of these things I reset server side that I ruined forever? Google not very helpful.
