Arena points haven’t been credited for 5 days, and there’s no response to the ti

After the server error, arena points were not credited. No one is responding to the in-game ticket, even though many players have already received their points according to the forum. Will arena points be credited to Blackrock players? A bug report was also submitted 3 days ago. I hope for assistance. My in-game nickname is Deadwowcomua. Thank you in advance.

I got a response ticket from admins, seems like they know this issue and trying to fix. they say they will manually distribute points, but i doubt that too... almost a week now. what a shame
