Green Proto-Drake doesn't drop?

Hi guys, not sure if this is the right place to post this question, if not, i am sorry.
I've been opening Mysterious Eggs for like 2 years, almost every week, i already have several hatchlings, loads and loads of aged yolk, and no green proto-drake on sight, i'm Exalted with The Oracles, i did everything right i think.. Is it just a case of ultra super bad luck or is there anything else to it? Thanks.
