This quest incentives griefing. Ppl get rewarded for leaving their defending position to mindlessly cap bases in order to complete the quest.

Please change the quest to:
Hold at least 3 bases in AB without interruption for 10 minutes.

With these changes you'd reward players that focus on the BG objective instead of griefers.
