Hi my account was hacked long time ago, i try to contact a support but they dont offer me much HELP. For sure there was a SIX questions that i need to answer, the only problem is that i dont remember my FIRST REGISTERED MAIL. Like i answer all the question even send em a picture of my Characters before the hack, and they do NOTHING. What i suppose to do now ?

A picture of the character list screen is not enough to give you your account back, since many people share those (for example, when streaming) and so they should be considered public.

If you can't convince Support that the account belongs to you in the ways the offer, there isn't anything to do.
You can try to dig out or remember the information they require to verify ownership or start a new account, but they aren't going to give an account to someone they have been proven owns it.
