Technical IP Ban Appeal and High Latency Issue

I am experiencing an issue with my IP address 143.244.44.174, which has been banned due to "advertisement." I am not sure why this happened, as I only use my connection normally to play the game.

In addition to the website ban, I have noticed a significant increase in my in-game latency, even though my internet is working fine. I would like to know if the IP ban could be affecting my connection to the game servers.

Since my IP is banned, I am unable to access anything on the website, including the forum. Because of this, I am sending this message through an in-game ticket.

If possible, I kindly request a review of this ban and, if it was a mistake, the removal of the restriction. Please let me know if you need any further information.

Help! I have been hacked/banned for no reason!

Latency might be due to anything related to internet connections (congestion, routing, drivers).

I recommend removing your email address from your post.

como consigo resolver esse congestiocamento? pois percebi que o jogo fica injogavel quando o servidor está cheio, e fica normal quando está vazio
