Ya'll need to fix not wanting to play a RDF already in progress
Many times I've been randomly chosen to join a RDF heroic in progress that I need upgrades from bosses that are already dead. The in game option is to leave, HOWEVER, you don't leave the party. This forces me to do one of two things:
1: Leave the group and incur a 30 minute abandon debuff (to no fault of my own) simply for not wanting to lock out a dungeon in which I need gear from already deceased bosses.
2: Make the rest of the group wait the 5 minutes to kick me so that I incur a cooldown but of a lesser amount.
If the option is there to NOT do the instance (which should be kept) and one decides to not participate in that half done dungeon then they should be removed from the group with NO RDF PENALTY automatically.

Well I would suggest #1 as #2 can get you a temporary ban for disrupting gameplay last I knew.
When you pressed "Accept" you promised to do your best to complete it, whatever it will be. You don't have any ground to stand on in your argument. You SHOULD be punished for breaking your word and wasting other players time tough.
