1. Difficulty for children?

Since the beginning of Naxx we are seeing a decline in difficulty in raids and bosses, this bores the most experienced players, since it is a game from years ago they should give it a plus of difficulty, many of us are stopping playing because of the amount of multibox and the ease of the pve content, this opening of phase 2 was disappointing everything was cleared in less than 2 hours

  2. Raid Difficulty is fine. Remember that these quick clears are made by ULTRA hardcore sweat factory pve guilds that optimize crap out of everything they put hands on and for them killing something 0,00001 sec faster is a massive improvement because they reach taht level of optimisation that even smallest improvements is visible. And i mean these are madmen where veryone has maxed LW for drums, slap as much hunters and warlocks as possible while rest of classes are nothing more than walking buffs and every guild member spends thousands of gold for all possible boosts, buffs and gear pieces just to minmax everything.
Of course they will go through these raids like storm.

But these guys make a small minority and RAID BALANCE SHOULD NOT BE MADE AROUND THEM.

I am sure T5 is perfectly fine for casual players that just bring basic buffs like flask and food, have random professions and just know tactics.

  3. This game is meant to be social, not difficult. Only SWP can be considered difficult, and only because of gear requirement.

If you seek difficulty, this game may not be for you.

You can probably go through these raids in pre-raid bis and still clear the whole instance (at least SSC). I mean, good that most of the server is enjoying the pace of the content (no judgment intended), but from what we have now to mandatory-drums level of content I'd say there is quite the abyss.

@OP, I completely resonate with your sentiment but, if you want challenging content, this is not the right server.

  5. The ladder shows all the data you need to know. Over a hundred guilds have killed first SSC boss and just under half of that have killed final boss.

So there is progression happening for some guilds, but it's true that is a lot of guilds burning through the content one day after release.

I don't think it's necessarily a bad thing because it's just tipping the scales toward casual gameplay. It allows more to play endgame and new players to enter. Players that are more hardcore shouldn't be taking it so serious and have fun. To me it's like you're not going to a professional sports game with that stress and anxiety, you're going to hang out with friends at the court down the street. Players who only enjoy this game at a competitive level, I think that is a smaller portion of players.

I did not TK yet (But will do it tomorrow) but already did SSC and i cant fully agree with you. I am in guild that has hefty amount of pretty geared fellas and many of them are T4 BIS (Including me as BIS T4 prot warrior). I would say that average raid in full preraid BIS wont be able to clear SSC(especially that devs decided to not release many phase 2 fun toys like engineering goggles and a bit stronger BOJ goodies) you need people to have at least few kara/grull/magderidon items(especially your tanks and healers and some of key dps) or you will struggle getting past bosses like Morogrim or Fathom. In case of leotheras it is advised to be geared and protection warrior should have some decent amount of hit rating and something to increase his dps during demon phase (in my case it was demonslaying elixir and 2 maces from karahzan with hit rating gems added i swapped from sword and shield during fight) in case when he has to deal with inner demon.

Lurker is pretty manageable with weak gear.

And hydross needs tanks to have their resistance gear.

Lady Vashj is not only mechanical problematic but also a massive dps check because the faster yo deal with strider and naga, the more time you have to deal with elementals and cores and i dont think raid with preraid bis would be able to deal with these in time unless you go mass drums, mass lock/hunt etc.

Of course if everyone has T4 Bis then yes you go easily through raid but you still can notice moments where you feel like gearpower between full t4 bis and minimum required to get pass them is quite little.

I would say its good as it is. Most people just want to enjoy some time with other fellas after work without insane amount of sweat and focus but just knowledge about what must be done to make it done. And people are more fine just doing entire raid in 2 hours than being stuck with every boss for 2 hours.
For more hardcore fellas there is still PVE ladder where you compete for the fastest bosskill and getting to the first place is actually a challenge that requires you to do everything perfectly and insanely optimal.

  7. Bro is talking about difficulty in WoW. Maybe don't look for 1500gs for kara and you'll be fine with the difficulty :)

  8. Imagine sweating over 18 year old content and then crying about it on a forum, that the difficulty is not hard enough.
You should stop giving so much life for the game and start just enjoying it. Onyxia is getting ruined by sweatlords who needs to shower and touch grass.

Looking at the PVE ladder, i can see alot of people are behind a danish casual dad-guild, which really says alot.

  9. There is no difficulty at all, no wonder some are leaving due to the content being too easy.

  10. Content is post-nerf, so yeah no surprise.

  11. Server is announced,

Devs CLEARLY state content will be post nerf.

This person decides to make an account and character on the server that is clearly communicated as being post nerf.

Then complains that the content is easy.

You can't make this stuff up.

  12. Wasn't Warmane Outland server "overtuned" or pre nerf? vague memories since it was almost so many years ago now, but I seem to recall Muru being fairly overtuned

  13. Warmane players: Content is too easy :-( !!
Also Warmane players: WhY CaNt i cRaFt BiS SSC iTeMs oN dAy oNe !!11!¿¿?1 QQ

  14. But these guys make a small minority and RAID BALANCE SHOULD NOT BE MADE AROUND THEM.
It's not going to be. There's no intention to diverge from the current plan.
