Good afternoon.
I can’t send family gear to a character of the opposite faction. I turned off all modifications, deleted the cache and WTF folders, none of the above helped. From the horde character Tainko per character alliance Kaita.

You cannot mail characters of the opposite factions...

Heirloom items can be sent to opposing faction.

Few restrictions apply:
An enchant that made it soulbound -> Can't be sent before the enchant is replaced/removed.
Mail contains other items that aren't heirloom items -> Mail can't be sent.
Can't be sent cross-realms.
