Technical Did not recieved coins through donation

I made a payment in 01/03/25, but i didnt got the coins. Tried to open a ticket, but no response so far.
Have anyone so far experienced this issue?

Common problem is that paymentwall freezes transaction and asks you for your nudes.

I guess that is what is goin to happen, because im trying to get my money back or my coins and i cant neither.

You'd need to contact paymentwall (there's 'help' button on donation panel, top right corner). They'll ask for photocopy of your ID to authorize the payment most likely. If you do nothing, the money should be sent back to bank in few days automatically.

Dude, you literally have been most helpful than the entire staff. I have a ticket open for three days now and no one gave me this simple help.

Tickets takes time because there's a long queue. Staff members aren't robots that are 24/7 online.
