Technical Interface reset

Hi, I have a strange problem. Every time I exit the game and then enter it again my interface resets. This includes watching starting cinematics and accepting terms of use and service every time. Anyone has idea how to solve this?

1. Restart your PC.
2. Close and exit torrent.
3. Move your WoW -folder to other folder, away from Torrent's Download folder.
4. Right click WoW -Folder, select properties, un-check "Read-only" and Apply.
5. If you get prompt, Apply changes to this folder, subfolders and files and click OK.

Did so, and no matter how many times i uncheck the "read only" button once i click properties again it's still checked.

That's because you have it on the list of downloads of your torrent client. Remove it from there.

Do number 4 on WoW/WTF -folder's config.wtf -file.
