Warmane guilds and hc raids

Hello
I’ve been playing WoW for a long time and have a good amount of experience NOT the best bestim good enough. I currently have a 6.4 GS Retribution Paladin, but I’m struggling to find a guild because I’m new to this server and don’t have many char with high gs.

For example, I don’t have the RS HC achievement, so I can’t join groups that require it, even though I actually know the tactics and how to play it .
So any advice on how I can find a good guild or get into raids
I actually thought about quitting the game because of this.

I just logged in to create Icy Prism and looked at chat for 3mins. There were 4 endgame guild recruiting, 2x eng speaking 17:30 and 17:45 st raids, one Bulgarian guild and one Balkan guild.

However, they want someone who is online on time and can perform their role precisely. Not sure if they are looking for someone against whom all the world is against, everyone lies to him, no one loves him and he have to even quit the game because he is just so badly misunderstood and not appreciated properly.

maybe ur talking about horde yes horde is more active than alliance but im playing alliy atm and thers no end game guild wanna someone new in there guild ... ah and thnx for replay and trying to help me bro ..
ill try my best to find any guild maybe thay need only bis players with 10 char bis .... idk why thay do that why ppl cant be more kind in wow ...

All they want is one thing - player who shows up for raids and he knows what to do exactly. All you have to do is go for it, achievement and whatnot are irrelevant, there is no way that there are no guilds on alliance side.

there are plenty raiding guilds on alliance, hc raids are mostly done by core members in a small guild, now u dont get to that core simply by just attending 1 raid.
just like what angrylol said, decent guilds dont just adopt randoms just because they got high gs or achievement, u gotta show your commitment and its not built in instant.
i suggest just join any raiding guild that u think its active, be active, helpful and friendly, dont hesitate joining raids that has no benefit to u gear/achievement wise, even being a replacer in saved raids, or carrying alt runs is considered helpful joining a guild means u dont think all about yourself anymore. so yeah, contribute yourself to build the guild. u'll get your desired raid eventually while making friends in the process.

Being helpful for sure will get you +cm in guild, but don't go too far with it either. Help when you can, but if it holds you back, refuse. Half of the guild thinking that you are useful pushover and other half feeling bad for exploiting you is not a good position to be.

4 guilds on this page alone, and a hell of a lot more if i were to scroll up and down. (Yes this is on alliance)
Now I usually always have filters enabled so I never see these I just turned it off to prove a point.
There are always guilds looking for players for raiding... Does not matter if they are 12/12 and having had lod on farm for years or hardstuck 8/12. You will find them spamming global regardless. These guilds would not be spamming 24-7 if they did not want new people..
Yes that includes english guilds
But reading your replies in this thread its quite obvious that you are just a special snowflake who probably cant even navigate your way to apply to a guild without throwing a tantrum about it.
