I bought some gold but unfortunately I was scammed and the money was not sent to me and I paid the money to a person named.

How can I report to the admins on Warmane.

The only allowed way of buying gold is using Trade section on the website where you can buy gold for coins. If you were buying gold in another way, you were also breaking the rules. You can try reporting it by making a support ticket in game with links to screenshots but you could also get banned for buying gold.
