hi there. i entered in my account but i saw my characters are gone. i wanna devolve my characters back.

Only characters that are manually deleted can be recovered, and for a period of 30 days. You can find the service for that here https://www.warmane.com/account/services.

If no characters show there it's: over 30 days; they weren't deleted but sold by someone who accessed your account; they were removed during and inactivity clean-up; or perhaps you're in the wrong account. In any of those cases, aside the last one, the characters can't be recovered.
